Today after class, I went with some others to the Monkey Forest. I had visited here before in August and left unsatisfied because I wanted to spend more time with the monkeys. However, after today, I think I’ve had enough time with monkeys for a while.
Afterwards, we went to Campuhan Ridge Walk. I didn’t know it was a hiking trail before we arrived, and I was not ready. However, I was able to successfully make my way up then back down. It was already dark when we decided to turn back and return to our starting point. As we made the trek, we passed the river. It was a bit haunting to hear the running of the river without being able to even see the water, only a dark pit beside the walk.
